.POSITION TITLE:Talent Acquisition Lead – UpstreamLOCATION:MexicoOur Flour & Energy Materials business group is seeking to hire anexperienced Chemical Manufacturing Talent Acquisition Lead to support our Regional Operations and hiring efforts.
The lead will oversee the regions' recruiters, responsible for the end-to-end hiring process & activities.
The lead will establish sourcing activities for the region, employer brand, academic relationships, referral programs, etc.
As a Lead, you will demonstrate adherence to local laws, trends & market best practices.
You will serve as the key point of contact for a Business Group and oversee internal mobility opportunities in the region across BG.
The lead must cascade and implement Orbia's global policies and procedures, working closely with the Orbia TA head.
