Objetive
Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for both exempt and non-exempt roles within a maquiladora environment, ensuring the timely attraction and hiring of qualified talent. Partner closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and execute effective hiring strategies, while maintaining a strong focus on operational efficiency, candidate experience, and data-driven decision-making.
