Talent Management Lead (Zacoalco de Torres)

The Talent Management Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and ensuring the effective execution of talent management programs, with a focus on soft skills development for the Molex Guadalajara Sur site in Zacoalco de Torres, Jalisco.

This position will report directly to the Human Resources Manager and will collaborate closely with the Business HR team and business leaders.
