Job description: Location: Costa Rica (Remote) Working Hours: Must be able to work Central Time (CT) hours Overview We are seeking a high-performing Talent Sourcer based in Costa Rica to support recruiting efforts for data center and infrastructure roles .
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, KPI-driven environment and has experience identifying and engaging technical talent in the data center industry .
The Sourcer will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong pipelines of qualified candidates while delivering a high level of speed, quality, and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities Source and identify qualified candidates for data center and infrastructure-related roles using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
