Tax Analyst will be responsible for tracking record and keeping businesses compliant with various applicable tax laws. Will seek and explore relevant incentives and impact of direct and indirect taxes, transfer pricing and filing requirements. Prepare tax estimations and tax accounting analysis and planning. Prepare material, oversee audit and seek potential tax saving opportunities.

+ Preparing and review of quarterly and annual income tax provisions and tax accounting
+ Forecasting quarterly global tax rate and expenses.
+ Administering tax audits on worldwide basis
