Tax Analyst Ii

Position Objective:Analyze and interpret financial information to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as maximize the company's tax savings.Specific Responsibilities:- Prepare and file tax returns (Income Tax, VAT, Excise Tax, etc.).
- Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual taxes.
- Analysis and Reconciliation- Record accounting entries to ensure alignment with tax regulations.
- Analyze variances between taxes paid vs. estimated.
- Regulatory Interpretation- Study local tax laws.
- Audits and Reviews- Prepare documentation for internal or external audits.
- Respond to requirements from the SAT or other tax authorities.
- Interaction with Other AreasEducation:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
