Role Description
Team Lead Business Sales Development Representative
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead Business Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 6 SDRs while actively contributing to sales efforts. You will act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring strong communication, performance, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 6 SDRs to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Actively participate in sales activities and pipeline development
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the team and the client
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Ensure alignment with client goals and campaign objectives
