Role Description
Lead challenge course initiatives at YMCA of Northeastern Ontario's John Island Camp in Spanish, Ontario. This full-time, contract role involves planning and supervising high and low ropes programs.
As the Challenge Course and Initiatives Team Lead, you'll work closely with the Program Manager and Camp Director to ensure a safe and engaging experience for all participants. Key responsibilities include staff training, program delivery, and equipment management. Your leadership will foster teamwork and adventure among campers while adhering to safety standards.
