About the Role

The Team Lead supports the daily operations and service delivery of the Homeward Bound program, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to frontline staff while ensuring program participants receive compassionate, client‑centered support focused on housing stability and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate program components to ensure effectiveness and impact.
• Identify and apply improvements to service delivery, systems, and procedures.
• Develop or source program materials and tools to support staff and participant learning.
• Advocate for participants and ensure ethical, inclusive service delivery.
