Opportunity

OPPORTUNITY: Reporting to the Senior Director, Labour Relations, the Team Lead, Labour Relations (Affiliates) performs a broad range of labour relations services and leadership functions as part of the LSNLR team. The Team Lead ensures their team is supported to succeed in providing high quality labour relations advice to HEABC’s Affiliate members. This position provides guidance and mentorship to labour relations consultants to ensure their continued development. The Team Lead will maintain a servicing portfolio leaving sufficient capacity to provide leadership, support and mentorship to the team.
