Team Lead, Operations

Job Description

We are looking for a full‑time permanent Team Lead, Operations to lead with exceptional customer service and innovative thinking. The role supports day‑to‑day operations, monitors workflows, maximizes productivity, ensures quality outputs, trains and develops team members, oversees reporting and metrics, and coordinates with peers across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage work limit of PSWs and adjust schedule to avoid missed care.
• Remove PSW holds when placed in error.
• Respond to inquiries from PSWs via the Ask Anything box.
• Coordinate with payroll and IT for PSW payment issues and resolve by updating schedules.
• Identify PSW needs for each caseload and ensure coordinators send hiring needs.
• Ensure all preceptor visits are booked with new PSWs.
• Confirm bi‑weekly guaranteed hours and that service coordinators have completed admin tasks.
