Team Leader - Component Repair (2nd shift)

We are looking for a civil aviation component repair supervisor to manage all production aspects, ensuring security, quality, cost and delivery requirements are met while fostering continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead a team of 30‑40 employees.
• Deliver products/services to customers on time, within budget and quality expectations.
• Ensure compliance with the Company Health, Safety and Environment policy.
• Understand technical and legislative elements related to the area of responsibility.
• Use standard tools, KPIs and processes (Quality Management System, Rolls‑Royce Production System, etc.) to achieve goals.
• Create and maintain accurate work‑center, capacity and queue‑time data in the ERP system.
• Develop and validate budget elements (headcount, productivity, overtime, absenteeism) and monitor performance.
