Lead and inspire a dedicated developmental services team with Tayside Community Options. This full-time position is pivotal in ensuring meaningful lives for those supported in developmental homes.
As a Team Leader, you will oversee two to three homes while coaching and mentoring staff to deliver high-quality services. Your expertise in person-centered support and case management will help foster trusting relationships and collaborative efforts among team members. This role also entails participating in on-call emergency situations, enhancing your impact on community well-being.
