Additional Salary Information: You will also be entitled to a retention payment of £4,000 per year based on 37hrs per week or pro rata for hours worked. This retention payment will be split into two payments, in December and June. You become eligible for the payment after 6 months employment and successful completion of your probationary period. The retention payment is due to be reviewed in 6 months.

The job of Investment Zone Planning Lead has responsibility for the production of Development Plan Documents or supporting Planning guidance associated with delivering the objectives of the Investment Zone and the Council’s Masterplan for the area and the wider Huddersfield Town Centre regeneration objectives. This will include engagement within the team of planners in the Planning Policy Group and wider Council regeneration and business and skills teams.
