Role Description
Team Leader Sales and Project Support - Customer Service Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Sales & Project Support team and support individual team members through one‑to‑one guidance.
- Allocate tasks and manage workload across the team, ensuring balanced distribution.
- Ensure deadlines and performance targets are met.
- Handle escalations and complex issues, supporting team members in resolution.
- Monitor and report outstanding observations related to turnover and forecast.
- Supervise order processing, shipping, and returns with Sales, Logistics, Finance & Invoicing.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Approve complex configurations and verify data accuracy across lifecycle phases.
- Coordinate shipping, resolve delivery or product conformity issues.
- Manage stock reassignment and returned/reworked items.
