Alarm.com, a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial technology company, seeks a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our talented international team working from Bogota. The two main areas of focus of a TAM are:

  • Driving the Technical Onboarding process to ensure new partners have all the training and tools they need to succeed.
  • Managing a subset of Alarm.com’s key international partners to ensure they efficiently utilize the full suite of Alarm.com services and tools. This includes everything from backend integrations to customer support tools to end-user features.
