The Technical Advisor will be hired by Vital Strategies and seconded to the CDC Foundation, supporting lead poisoning prevention by strengthening laboratory capacity in Brazil.

Vital Strategies is seeking a Technical Advisor to support and strengthen laboratory capacity for lead exposure detection in Brazil. This role will play a key technical and coordination function within a global initiative aimed at improving blood lead level testing systems, contributing to early detection and prevention of lead poisoning.

Working as an integrated member of the CDC Foundation’s Lead Poisoning Prevention team, the Technical Advisor will provide technical guidance to laboratories, support coordination with government and partners, and ensure effective implementation of capacity-building activities across Brazil.
