About the Role
Sharkz Coins is Canada's leading manufacturer of challenge coins, police badges, and uniform insignia for clients including the Canadian Armed Forces, the RCMP, and law enforcement and public safety agencies across the country. We are looking for a Technical Design Specialist to join our graphics team in Esquimalt.
This is a hands-on technical role. You will produce detailed drawings for uniform badges, pins, belt buckles, medals, and related metal items, including challenge coins. You will work directly from client briefs, translate requirements into precise technical artwork, and communicate clearly with clients, colleagues, and overseas production partners throughout the process.
