Role Description
As a Technical Expert, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving network issues in live 5G networks. This role is perfect for individuals with a M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree who are passionate about working with the latest technology and diving deep into network problems. In this position, you will be involved in technical support for New Product Introduction projects, developing and using our AI tools, handling and resolving customer tickets, and providing 24/7 emergency support for customer network incidents. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and have the opportunity to organize technical workshops and trials for counterparts.
