Job Summary

Technical Implementation Engineer I responsible for escalating and resolving complex technical issues for Landis+Gyr deployments, working across multiple internal departments to ensure customer success and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Own test environments and labs for the deployment organization.
• Create and use relevant use‑case scenarios to demonstrate GridStream system performance.
• Support System Acceptance Testing (SAT) for new customer deployments.
• Assist manufacturing resources in First Article Testing (FAT) and monitor FAT processes.
• Lead development of standard operating procedures and repeatable solutions for technical elements.
• Follow formal change‑control processes.
• Develop deep knowledge of two‑way electric AMI technology from head‑end software to field endpoints.
