Technical Lead - IBM i /Enterprise Wireline Billing Systems (Mississauga)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead – IBM i / AS400 to support and enhance enterprise wireline billing systems within a telecommunications environment. This role requires a strong technical foundation on IBM i (AS400) combined with leadership capability to drive delivery, manage production support, and ensure operational stability across complex legacy applications. The candidate will play a key role in solution design, system enhancements, risk management, and transition continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Ownership & Delivery: Own end‑to‑end lifecycle of IBM i (AS400) applications, including enhancements, maintenance, production support, and stability of RPGLE‑based systems. Deliver solutions aligned with SDLC standards and enterprise controls. Ensure reliability of batch jobs, scheduled processes, and system integrations.
