Key Responsibilities

• System and portfolio analysis to identify migration and/or improvement recommendations
• Design and perform system management (including health checks), installations and configuration management, server/content management, preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, security and license management, performance monitoring and management activities
• Provide administration and operations support
• Interface with users and systems engineers to resolve technical and user problems
• Oversee Change Management activities on supported systems
• Perform capacity planning, COB testing, and disaster recovery planning and design as applicable
• Recommend changes to procedures that result in operational optimization
• Participate in root‑cause analysis reviews when applicable
• Work closely with application teams
