You will collaborate with **Senior Developers, Mid-Level Developers, Junior Developers, QA Analysts, Product Owner, Project Management, and railway domain experts** . You will act as the **technical reference for the team** , working within a multidisciplinary engineering environment focused on delivering scalable, robust, and maintainable software solutions based primarily on **VB.NET and SQL Server** .

You will lead the technical direction of the team, defining architecture and guiding the development of high-quality mission-critical solutions for railway systems.
