SkilledCareers are currently working with a longstanding client who are looking to hire a Technical Manager to address residential-led projects in the southeast. The Technical Manager will be office-based with site visits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of the optimisation processes through to sign off
• Brief, manage and drive the external consultants in the preparation and issue of production information to an agreed programme
• Prepare technical specifications inline with requirements determined by the Land Acquisition budget and Technical/Sales Meetings
• Ensure all statutory enquiries, cross overs, sewer connections are submitted and pursued for their timely return
• Oversee the NHBC/Building Regulations applications to approval
