Responsibilities & Key Objectives
Technical Expertise: Remote Robot Operations
● Advanced Diagnostics: Perform remote system debugging and resolution of complex failures that go beyond standard protocols.
● Fleet Management: Serve as the lead internal expert for the full spectrum of our browser-based diagnostic and fleet management platforms.
● Performance Optimization: Identify real-time bottlenecks and implement strategic improvements to enhance fleet efficiency.
● Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough technical investigations into recurring issues to ensure long-term system stability.
Strategic Escalation & Technical Leadership
● First Responder: Act as the primary technical point of contact for the Sales and Service teams regarding critical technical hurdles.
● Incident Triage: Evaluate the severity of technical escalations and determine when direct involvement from Engineering is required.
