Role Description
Functions and Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Cultivate and maintain excellent long-term relationships with clients. Maintain continuous communication with Tesla's global team, including representatives from the USA, Germany, China, and Japan. Identify and engage key Tier 1, Tier 2, and OEM partners. Develop and manage negotiations and agreements, ensuring successful outcomes. Ensure brand specification in new product launches and projects, including face lifts. Generate and promote improvement proposals across various areas of the plant. Increase market share in each area of focus. Manage the development of new products and/or custom solutions to meet customer needs. Coordinate and execute product promotion events, such as DemoVans, Workshops, Mini-panels, and more.
