Role Description
Epson, a $10B global leader in high-quality consumer electronics, imaging, and point of sale printing devices, is seeking an exceptional Sr. Technical sales support specialist to join our (FAR) Factory Automation Robotics team. You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of pre-and post-sales customer satisfaction by contributing to the development of innovative application solutions.
Principal Accountabilities
In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Applications Engineering
- Collaborate with CAM to deliver product demonstrations.
- Educate, and train Distributors, SI's and End User’s about Epson products.
- Provide pre- and post-sales applications support to meet customer requirements.
- Support Channel teams, SI’s and End Users by providing assistance in resolving technical
- and application issues.
