Technical Sales Specialist

The Technical Sales Specialist – Silicone Masterbatches & Specialty Additives will lead the commercial development and technical implementation of the product portfolio throughout Mexico and Spanish-speaking Latin America.
This role combines strategic business development with hands‐on technical application support.
The successful candidate must be capable of identifying and closing new commercial opportunities while also conducting customer trials, troubleshooting processing issues, optimizing formulations, and delivering technical presentations and evaluations at customer facilities.
The role will be based in Monterrey, Mexico, serving as the commercial hub while leveraging the technical and manufacturing capabilities of the Ramos Arizpe Plant as a regional manufacturing and development platform.
It will be instrumental in positioning Monterrey and Ramos Arizpe as the commercial and technical center for specialty additive technologies in Latin America.
