Technical Service & Application Scientist

**Role purpose****Context & Core Responsibilities**1.
Ensure efficient and effective frontline customer technical support under supervision of senior tech function; mayattend customers independently in designated area of smaller sizecustomer requirements3.
Cooperate with Technology and Analytical laboratory in the development of identified technology solutions to ensurethey comply with customer and market needs; may guide section of a laboratory4.
Conduct continuous local market and competitor observation from the technology perspective and provide input tobudgets and standards - monitored by OFC team6.
Support resolution of technology related customer claims with OFC teams to provide optimized solutions to maximizecustomer satisfaction7.
Accurately report on above mentioned activities8.
