Technical Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide stellar technical service support via phone and email, delivering timely, accurate, and requested information to distributors and customers daily.
• Bridge the gap between the field and the factory by communicating directly with engineering and production teams to resolve recurring machine issues.
• Take the lead over Pre‑Delivery Inspection (PDI) area, manage the regional returns processing workflow, and coordinate the employee vehicle fleet.
