Technical Service Specialist

Job Summary: The Technical Service Specialist role is to support and solidify long-term retention of an existing high-volume customer in the commercial vehicle segment. This role will be onsite at the customer location in Windsor, ON and is not eligible for relocation.

Expected Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 CAD annually, with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. Salary is determined by qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support relationships with both manufacturing and engineering at customer sites.
• Maintain key communication regarding daily projects and line issues.
• Provide technical direction and assistance to customers on the use of product lines.
• Respond to questions and concerns regarding product lines and general operations.
• Diagnose and resolve painting issues and problems by recommending solutions related to product, application, inventory, and general paint process.
