Technical Solutions Manager

Job responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support in the early stages of sales activities, including technical benchmarking, technical solutions, on-site troubleshooting, and bidding documents; offer customers customizable solutions in system design (off-grid and grid-connected solutions).

2. Benchmark and review contract technical agreements, and provide technical solutions based on our company's technological advantages;

3. Benchmark different products and system designs, highlight the technological advantages of our company's component products, and simultaneously seek out the weaknesses of competing products; (analyze from aspects such as BOS, LCOE, and CAPEX based on different customer scenarios)

4. Work closely with the sales team to identify customer pain points or needs, and proactively explore potential business opportunities and provide feedback for resolution;
