TECHNICIAN, MAINTENANCE

Summary

Assures building is in excellent operational conditions by following preventive maintenance instructions. Performs simple repairs to the building and equipment. Reports any need for maintenance and/or janitorial services.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs as directed by the maintenance and security supervisor and the facilities technician sr.
• Supports the maintenance team following instructions of the facilities technician Sr.
• Provides cleaning support to building exterior; parking lot, sidewalks and gardening.

Requirements

• Level of Formal Education: Some high school.
• Years of Experience: One to two years.
• Type of Experience: Experience in equipment repair and maintenance procedures.
• Special Certifications or Technical Skills: General electrical, painting and plumbing knowledges.
