Technicien Service Itinérant - Région Grand Est (H/F)

Your mission is to deliver skilled on-site service that keeps our customers’ equipment performing reliably and safely. You use your expertise to repair, maintain, and support the technology they depend on. Through your work, you help customers secure the uptime and performance they need to run their operations with confidence. You join the Customer Center Service team and report into the Operations Manager.

En tant que Technicien Itinérant Field vous devrez intervenir sur site pour la mise en route, programmation, optimisation et maintenance. Analyser et reporter les problèmes techniques rencontrés lors des missions. Reporter son activité au service administratif « Service » et au responsable opérationnel. Reporter les engagements pour la tenue du planning général et respecter l’ensemble des procédures administratives.
