• Understand the protective work within the SENAME network.
• Work within a network environment.
• Experience managing the SENAINFO platform.
• Experience working with NNA and their responsible adults.
• Advanced user computational skills.
• Reception and assistance of OPD users.
• Telephone support and correspondence receipt.
• Update interventions on the SENAINFO platform.
• Assist with long‑stay discharge requests for cases on the SENAINFO platform.
• Review causes on the SITFA platform of Family Courts.
• Administrative support in the intersectorial area.
• Support the protection area by archiving and safeguarding information.
