Having basic idea of finance and interruption with clients.Job Description: Answering phone calls and explaining services offered by the company Understand customers need to handle their queries and maintain CRM properly with following processor. Close sales and achieve quarterly targets. Interacting with clients to build and encourage the purchase of items. Record all database of all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close the sales. Noting important details of each conversation and discuss with the senior if any doubt. Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing. Taking appointments and scheduling them for procedures. Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
