Key Responsibilities Call and follow up with potential leads from campaigns and referrals Explain project details and schedule site visits Maintain daily call logs and lead status reports Coordinate with sales and CRM teams for lead conversion Handle inbound queries and ensure prompt responses Requirements Requirements 13 years of experience in tele calling or customer support Strong communication and persuasion skills Basic knowledge of real estate sales process Fluent in Tamil and English (additional languages a plus) Target-driven and organized
