Role Description
Job Description and Vital KRAs:
Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote properties and generate leads
* Engage the client in conversation, give a complete picture of the project by providing USPs and convince them for site visit.
Respond to inbound calls and answer queries related to the projects
Schedule and coordinate site visits with potential buyers
Maintain construction updates and coordinate with buyers
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
Follow up with clients to provide additional information and gather feedback
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
Stay updated on real estate market trends and project details
Periodic presentation to promoters on the performance of the leads (Weekly/Monthly)
Should be flexible to travel to our sites/office regularly for training and client visits
