Role Description
Worldwide is a telecommunications company that provides “5 Star” installation services for nationwide telecom clients, installing technologies ranging from Smart Home Alarms and home automation to fiber optics and satellite dishes.
Responsibilities
- Install alarm and security systems including CCTV and Access Control
- Troubleshoot and repair security systems
- Maintain communication with dispatch and customers to stay on schedule
- Maintain inventory of parts and supplies
- Educate customers on how to operate and use their alarm
- Provide best‑in‑class customer service
Qualifications
- Own vehicle to travel between customers
- Minimum Grade 12 education
- Experience with low‑voltage, electrical, or cabling of any type
- Familiarity with everyday hand tools (drills, screwdrivers)
