Role Description
Play a critical part in ensuring a high-quality employee experience by managing benefits-related escalations and service delivery within our Global Business Services (GBS) organization in Querétaro. As a Benefits Operations Analyst (temporal) you will oversee multiple audits, manage complex escalation cases, and partner closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive timely and accurate resolution.
You will join a collaborative, locally based team that supports employees across the organization and works closely with benefits vendors and HR partners. This position offers meaningful exposure to benefits administration, issue resolution, and cross‑functional collaboration, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and quarterly administrative projects.
