Role Description
Be a crucial part of IWK Health’s Pediatric Radiology team at our academic center in Halifax. We are seeking a skilled Radiologist with fellowship training in Pediatric Radiology and expertise in women’s imaging.
This temporary role offers an extended term appointment of 9-12 months on-site. You will work in a busy environment, utilizing various modalities. Candidates must possess an FRCPC or equivalent and be eligible for licensure in Nova Scotia. Excellent communication skills are essential to excel in the teaching responsibilities associated with this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide diagnostic imaging services for pediatric and women's health
• Participate in teaching pediatric radiology residency programs
• Utilize CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and more
• Collaborate with physicians for optimal patient care
• Engage in research and academic activities as required
