Role Description

Our client, a manufacturer recognized as one of the major players in the field of hardware, in business for over 50 years, wishes to have on its team a sales representative with good interpersonal skills, but also an excellent business sense and good technical knowledge in this field of activity.

You will be responsible for:

  • Under the supervision of the Sales Director, you will be in charge of existing accounts and the strategy that will enable you to meet and exceed established objectives
  • Retention of existing customers (installers, door manufacturers, glaziers, etc.)
  • Development of new customers (min 40%)
  • Manage and develop the sales performance of customers within the territory
  • Provide training sessions for customers to ensure their level of product knowledge
  • Market analysis and implementation of growth strategy
