Breakthru Beverage Canada (BBC) is a leading Sales Broker in Canada, representing top suppliers. This role focuses on territory management in the Nanaimo‑to‑Victoria stretch, primarily in Duncan and Victoria with additional trips to Nanaimo twice a month. Responsibilities
Manage territory coverage, ensuring excellent execution and meeting or exceeding service expectations. Plan daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly activities with quota and distribution objectives. Maintain and grow existing volume and distribution by building long‑term relationships with on‑premise and off‑premise accounts. Manage assigned budget as required. Conduct product tastings, education sessions, and leverage the company’s Structured Call methodology for sales calls. Report on competitive activities and provide constructive suggestions.
