Responsibilities
- Sales & Relationship Building
- Daily sales calls on existing customers with special emphasis on Residential brands Shaw Floors Soft Surfaces & Shaw Floors Hard Surfaces flooring products, samples, displays, adhesive, and related floor products.
- Present products to retail dealers, designers, and end-users; analyze leads provided by corporate reports.
- Sell and construct display racks weighing 50lbs.
- Territory Growth & Market Execution
- Continually prospect for viable new accounts while developing awareness of market trends.
- Implement major market programs and sample placement strategies.
- Operational Excellence
- Prepare and communicate periodic sales reports outlining actual sales, goals, competitive conditions, and product needs.
