Must Haves:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Test Manager in credit cards application
- Good knowledge of IT QA and functional testing.
- Seasoned knowledge of SDLC, testing concepts, methodologies (waterfall, agile etc) metrics, automated testing frameworks and industry testing standards.
- Define goals and measurement plans for software process performance in accordance with business objectives.
- Solid experience in compiling and interpreting reports.
