Test Support Technician Sr-3

Responsibilities

Develop and sustain test and inspection programs for one or multiple manufacturing test platforms. Review and react to key process indicators to increase program capability while maintaining a low false call level. Identify program or system gaps and implement solutions across the site. Actively listen to internal and external customers and support sector team and customer satisfaction. Provide technical leadership at the product level and secure optimal effectiveness in all aspects of the testing area. Work with planners and supervisors to support production schedules and troubleshoot test equipment and software. Perform root cause failure analysis, implement solutions to reduce downtime. Lead equipment calibration and preventive maintenance. Support new equipment evaluations and provide feedback.
