Therapy Development Specialist, Neurovascular (México)

What you will do

• Collaborate closely with local Sales Support, Sales Managers, Distributors, and International Marketing to strengthen market share in the neurovascular franchise for Mexico.
• Execute technical promotion of the accessories franchise, ensuring participation in all accounts, and provide technical, procedural, and clinical support through in‑services, workshops, and training sessions.
• Conduct market assessments, oversee account monitoring, and ensure compliance with marketing/event processes, providing feedback on distributor and physician relationships, market dynamics, and sales force inputs.
• Contribute to the development of events/marketing strategies based on customer needs, actively enhancing endovascular therapy in the country, and providing occasional support to Global Marketing/Training and Clinical Teams.
