TikTok Shop - Seller Marketing Specialist

About the team

We are looking for a Seller Marketing professional to drive seller acquisition, activation, and growth through scalable marketing programs. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including Category, Operations, Legal, Content, and Live teams to design and execute end-to-end seller-facing marketing initiatives that directly contribute to supply growth and GMV performance. This role requires strong project management, seller mindset, and the ability to translate platform strategies into clear, executable seller marketing actions. Responsibilities:

- Plan and operate seller growth programs such as seller education webinars, growth projects, and GTM campaigns.
- Partner with Category and Operations teams to promote key growth initiatives (. promotions, live streaming, campaigns).
