TMC Trade & Transport Specialist

Assisting the business function and/or Business Excellence Centers, as a Trade & Transportation Specialist, you will ensure that goods are shipped while meeting quality, legal and costs parameters. In this role you will maintain and improve transport/logistics processes to optimize product and material deliveries.

Your responsibilities

• Preparing and updating the monthly logistics schedule to ensure deliveries to production locations, and coordinating product delivery schedules with customers.
• Coordinating daily activities to track finished goods and raw materials, and rerouting freight to meet demand and minimize costs.
• Communicating status to Logistics and Sales organizations as appropriate.
• Working with transport service providers and brokers to effectively execute processes, assisting in obtaining permits, and preparing proper documentation.
