Your focus will be building employer relationships and supporting clients with barriers to employment. With your strong communication skills and a background in job development, you will facilitate success for youth in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market YES services to the business community
• Organize and execute job fairs and sessions
• Develop and manage a comprehensive job bank
• Negotiate contracts and stipends for training placements
• Provide workshops on job-readiness and skills
Requirements:
• University degree and three years’ job development experience
• Proven experience in achieving targets
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
